UCCFS Taught Me To Be Vulnerable

    Founder/NP:

I was REALLY blessed by things I learned at the UCCFS conference last week that I've incorporated some of it into my facilitation today here at work. I'm facilitating a class to our upper leadership on the fundamentals of being a leader at Southwest Airlines.  One of the key points that I touched on was being vulnerable, and how it's OKAY to be transparent and admit our faults as leaders. We most often mask ourselves, but it's okay to show the REAL skin that we're in.  I learned this lesson from you during your presentation at the conference, and found myself teaching on it today. The topic came up, and I totally went in for the kill. During a break, one of the leaders approached me and asked if I were a licensed minister. Just wanted to again let you know how much you blessed us last week. The lessons learned are continuing and being pasted on! Much love.

    Thank YOU!!
